Job Title: Speech Therapist (Per Diem – Day Shift)
Location: Abrazo Central Campus – Phoenix, AZ
Schedule: Per Diem | Day Shift

Overview:
Abrazo Central Campus is seeking a Speech-Language Pathologist to join our inpatient rehab team on a per diem basis. This is a flexible opportunity for an experienced clinician to contribute to a high-performing team in an acute care setting while maintaining a balanced schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

Evaluate and treat patients with speech, language, voice, cognitive-communication, and swallowing disordersConduct and interpret Modified Barium Swallow (MBS) studies in collaboration with medical and radiology staffDevelop and implement individualized treatment plans based on patient needs and clinical goalsDocument all clinical activities accurately and in a timely mannerCollaborate with interdisciplinary team members to optimize patient outcomesEducate patients, families, and caregivers on treatment plans and strategies

Qualifications:

Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited programCurrent Arizona Speech-Language Pathology licenseCertificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA or current enrollment in a Clinical Fellowship (CFY)BLS/CPR certificationMinimum 1 year of clinical experience in speech-language pathology (acute care required)Experience with modified swallow assessments; MBS experience strongly preferred
