Job Summary and Responsibilities
Position Summary:Participates as a member of the health care team working with professional non-professional staff and associated professionals in providing care which provides optimum home care and continuity of care to referred patients addressing the age of the patients served.

Minimum Qualifications:Current CA Speech Therapy licensure Current CPR certification1 year experience as a speech therapistKnowledge and ability to perform a speech pathology assessment and evaluationKnowledge of principles concepts diagnostic and therapeutic techniques for speech therapyAbility to implement practical application of knowledgeAbility to function independently and autonomouslyAbility to communicate in writing and verbally in EnglishAbility to teach and instruct patient family and staffPreferred Qualifications:6 months to one year home health experience Where You'll Work
