Job Description Speech Therapist (Speech-Language Pathologist) Description: The Speech Therapist evaluates, diagnoses, and treats children with communication, speech, and language disorders. Responsibilities include conducting assessments, developing individualized treatment plans, and providing one-on-one and group therapy sessions. The therapist collaborates closely with families, occupational therapists, and other team members to support each child’s communication goals.
