Located in Davenport, FL., which is close to major destinations, like Busch Gardens, Legoland, and Walt Disney World, without being located in the central hub of tourism. **The role you'll contribute:** Works to assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, social communication, cognitive communication challenges in children and adults. **The value you'll bring to the team:** Assesses patient ability to safely and effectively perform independent living skills Designs appropriate plans of care, including type and frequency of treatment Implements treatment plans using appropriate modalities Documents patient progress Plans and assists with patient discharge from therapy services and provides information regarding appropriate selection/use of adaptive equipment and support programs Qualifications **The expertise and experiences you'll need to succeed** **:** Masters degree in Speech and Language Pathology Basic Life Support (BLS) certification A license or provisional license in the State as a Speech and Language Pathologist This facility is an equal opportunity employer and complies with federal, state and local anti-discrimination laws, regulations and ordinances.
