REQUIRED ATTACHMENTS 1) CTC Screenshot of Copy of California Speech Language Pathologist Credential 2) Letter of Introduction 3) Three Letter(s) of Recommendation. A minimum of two referencing your work within the last 12 months and a minimum of two supervisor references on your application. 4) Copy of Transcripts 5) Resume 6) Cover Letter/ Letter of Intent

Comments and Other Information SALARY PLACEMENT: Based on educational units and years of full-time teaching experience. Maximum placement is Step 11 (with 10 years of teaching experience). HEALTH BENEFITS: Based on the selected provider, full-time employees receive family medical coverage, employee life and vision, and employee or family dental coverage. Part-time employees receive benefits equal to the % worked. WORK CALENDAR: The calendar is 185 workdays. All new employees are on an 11-month pay schedule.
