Position Overview:
Conduct thorough assessments, diagnose communication disorders, and develop individualized education programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs, managing an approximate caseload of 55 students across diverse K-12 grade levels. Deliver direct and indirect therapy services, implement evidence-based interventions, and monitor student progress in collaboration with teachers, parents, and other school personnel. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress, therapy sessions, and all related services, ensuring compliance with district, state, and federal guidelines.Qualifications:
CA Speech-Language Pathologist (CA-SLP) License Master's Degree in Speech-Language Pathology Experience working with K-12 students in a school setting (Preferred) Opportunities available for both full-time and part-time schedules Strong understanding of IEP processes, various communication disorders, and effective therapeutic techniques.Why Make a Move with Cross Country Education?
