What you will do + Build personalized speech and language therapy plans that improve how patients communicate, swallow, and function day to day. + Care for patients across ages and care settings, giving you clinical variety and range. + Perform thoughtful evaluations and ongoing assessments that guide real progress. + Work closely with physicians, nursing, and therapy peers to coordinate patient-centered care. + Manage your caseload with autonomy while staying supported by a collaborative team. + Complete admissions, daily notes, progress updates, and discharge evaluations with clear goals. + Follow patients through meaningful stages of recovery and see the results of your work. + Practice efficiently while maintaining high clinical standards in a Critical Access Hospital. + Participate in department, facility, and community initiatives that strengthen local care. + Communicate changes in patient condition promptly to keep care aligned and responsive. + Deliver care that respects privacy, dignity, and individual differences at every step. Qualifications + One of the following: + Current Montana Speech Language Pathology license, or + Graduate of an accredited Speech Language Pathologist program with Montana licensure obtained within 30 days of hire + HS AED CPR or BLS HCP certification, or obtain within six months + Ability to connect to the internet for daily data exchange, as applicable + Strong organization, prioritization, and critical thinking skills + Clear verbal and written communication skills + Ability to work independently and as part of a team + Professional judgment when handling sensitive and confidential matters + Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to learn new systems Shift: Day Shift - 8 Hours (United States of America) Schedule: 8 hr.
