POSITION SUMMARYUtilizing the nursing process provides high quality direct and indirect patient ndashcentered care Coordinates patient care by working collaboratively with the interdisciplinary team Communicates as appropriate the patients clinical condition responding quickly and accurately to changes in condition or response to treatment Demonstrates knowledge of the principles of growth and development over the life span and the skills necessary to provide age appropriate care to the patient population served Promotes the profession of nursing and professional practice through collegial support and interactions Reports to the Clinical Nurse ManagerCOMPETENCIES bull This position requires an individual with strong English communication skills both verbal and written bull Must have personal computer skills and be proficient in the use of Windows based programs needed for department functions bull Basic keyboarding and skill is desirable but not required in the use of Microsoft Outlook Word Excel and in search capabilities on the internet bull Must have access to reliable transportation to travel between multiple work sites and travel is required in order to perform
