Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – High School
Schedule: 4 days/week | 28 hours/week (Max 7 hours/day)
Duration: Full School Year | Estimated Start Date: ASAP / 2/2/2026
Position Overview
The School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) is responsible for conducting student evaluations and delivering speech-language therapy services in accordance with each student’s individualized plan of care and physician orders. This role includes documentation, IEP participation, and collaboration with the school team.
Key Responsibilities
+ Perform speech-language evaluations and assessments
+ Provide and document therapy services per IEPs and plans of care
+ Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary collaboration
+ Maintain accurate and timely documentation in Relay
+ Collect and report student progress data
Caseload & Environment
+ Average caseload: 37 students
+ High School setting
+ In-person services only
+ Orientation provided during the first week
Minimum Qualifications
+ Active SLP licensure in the state of assignment
+ CCC-SLP preferred (may be required by state/contract)
+ Minimum 1 year of SLP experience
+ Compliance with all professional standards of practice
+ CPR certification (if required)

+ Hours: 7:25 AM – 3:05 PM (30-minute unpaid lunch)
