Job Title: Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – School-Based Location: Rockford, IL Position Type: Full-Time, In-Person Start Date: January 2026 (Semester Turnover) Pay Rate: $70–$75 per hour Sign-On Bonus: $1,500 paid out during Spring Break + $500 at the end of the school year Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to join our school-based team in Rockford, IL. This role involves conducting student evaluations, developing individualized plans of care, and providing direct therapy services in accordance with physician orders and professional standards.
