Speech Language Pathologist - School Based
Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) Are you passionate about helping others find their voice? We’re looking for a dedicated and compassionate Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team and deliver high-quality, life-changing speech and language services. In this role, you’ll provide expert evaluation, treatment, and support to individuals seeking to improve communication, swallowing, and overall quality of life. What You’ll Do + Provide individualized speech and language therapy based on best practices and clinical excellence. + Develop and implement effective treatment plans tailored to patient/student needs. + Evaluate communication and swallowing disorders using evidence-based assessment tools. + Document progress, maintain accurate records, and collaborate with families, caregivers, and team members. + Support a positive, encouraging environment that fosters growth and success for each individual you serve. Minimum Requirements + Meets all education and experience requirements for the Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in Speech-Language Pathology. + Degree from an accredited Speech-Language Pathology program. + Current state licensure or certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist in the state of assignment. + One year of SLP experience preferred, though new graduates with strong skills are welcome to apply. + Current CPR certification, if applicable. + TB questionnaire, PPD test, or chest X-ray, as required. + Current health certificate, per state or contract guidelines. + Must meet all federal, state, and local requirements. + Must be at least 18 years of age.
