Speech-Language Pathologist (School-Based)
Schedule: Full-time, In-Person Only | Monday–Friday, 37.5 hrs/week

About the Role
The School-Based Speech-Language Pathologist is responsible for conducting student evaluations, delivering therapy services, and documenting all interventions according to each student’s individualized plan of care and physician orders. This role supports communication development and academic success for students requiring speech and language services.
Key Responsibilities
+ Complete comprehensive student evaluations
+ Provide speech-language therapy per individualized plans of care
+ Maintain accurate, timely documentation of services
+ Collaborate with school staff, families, and administrators
+ Adhere to all relevant clinical and educational standards
Minimum Requirements
+ Active state Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license
+ CCC-SLP preferred (may be required per contract or state regulations)
+ Compliance with all applicable professional standards
+ Current CPR (if applicable)
+ TB questionnaire, PPD, or chest X-ray (if applicable)
+ Current health certificate per state/contract requirements
+ Must meet all federal, state, and local regulations
+ Must be at least 18 years of age
