Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) Brentwood, CA Location: Brentwood, CA Schedule: Full-Time (37.5 hours/week) Duration: Remainder of the 2025–2026 School Year Pay Rate: $45–$50 per hour About the Role We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist Assistant (SLPA) to join our team in Brentwood, CA. This full-time position offers an exciting opportunity to support students in elementary and middle school settings for the remainder of the academic year. As an SLPA, you will work under the supervision of a licensed Speech-Language Pathologist to provide speech and language services. Your responsibilities will include clinical, educational, documentation, and treatment-related activities within the scope of care assigned by the supervising SLP and/or physician. Key Responsibilities + Assist the Speech-Language Pathologist in implementing treatment plans. + Support students with speech and language needs in school settings. + Maintain accurate documentation and comply with all professional standards. + Collaborate with educators and staff to ensure student success. Minimum Requirements + Graduate of an SLPA program with an associate’s degree OR bachelor’s degree in speech-language pathology or communication disorders. + Completion of at least 100 hours of supervised fieldwork or equivalent clinical experience. + Current SLPA certification/licensure in the State of California. + Compliance with all federal, state, and local requirements. + TB questionnaire, PPD or chest X-ray (if applicable). + Current health certificate (per contract or state regulation). + Must be at least 18 years of age. + Preferred: One (1) year of prior professional SLPA experience.
