Immediate opening for a Licensed Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) – near Anaheim, California Details Amergis is seeking a full-time Speech-Language Pathologist to join a preschool program in Buena Park, California. This position begins immediately and requires onsite work with Pre-K students. The ideal candidate will bring strong clinical knowledge of early childhood speech development and practical experience working with preschoolers. Bilingual is a plus but not requested. This role follows a 7:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. schedule with a one-hour lunch break, and the district offers some flexibility within that window. Compensation is $80 per hour, with optional travel packages available. Extension beyond the current school year is possible based on performance. Requirements Candidates must hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology and be eligible for California licensure and certification. Experience with California-specific IEP systems is preferred. Many school districts in California commonly use platforms such as SIRAS, a browser-based IEP system designed to manage IEP documents and CALPADS reporting, or SEIS, a web-based system used statewide for IEP management, service tracking, and CALPADS integration.
