Job Description
Job Description
Our client is seeking a dedicated and hands‑on Speech‑Language Pathologist to join a highly specialized school‑based therapeutic program serving approximately 30 elementary‑aged students (K–5). This is a fully in‑person role within a multidisciplinary environment supporting children with complex communication challenges and significant behavioral needs. You will join a deeply supportive, mission‑driven team where students receive daily care from experts who never send children home for behavioral crises.
This position offers an immediate opening due to a relocating SLP, and the school is open to adding more SLPs as needed. Therapists enjoy exceptionally small caseloads and a family‑oriented culture, allowing for meaningful impact and consistent therapeutic progress.
