Speech Language Pathologist
Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP or Clinical Fellow) Amergis Healthcare is seeking a Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist to join a collaborative, student-focused team. This opportunity is open to both experienced SLPs and Clinical Fellows. The district offers strong support, mentorship, and a smooth onboarding process for new graduates. Position Highlights + Open to bilingual licensed SLPs and Clinical Fellows + Supportive team with experienced mentors available + Orientation provided based on experience level + Balanced caseload of approximately 55 students (not all direct services) Education and Certification Qualifications + Active California Speech-Language Pathologist License + ASHA CCC-SLP or Clinical Fellowship eligibility + Valid Certificate of Clearance (CL-900) + Proficiency with or willingness to be trained in SEIS (IEP platform) + Bilingual proficiency (English/Spanish) required + Commitment to serving K–12 students with a variety of communication needs Job Details + Caseload has 50 students + Speech therapy is provided in small groups and/or 1:1 + Articulation and phonological disorders + Receptive, expressive, and mixed language disorders + Social communication and pragmatic needs + Fluency disorders + Voice and resonance concerns + AAC users + Motor speech disorders + Students with developmental or cognitive disabilities + Services include a mix of direct therapy, consultation, progress monitoring, push-in support, and participation in IEP development. + Act as a Role Leader + Able to meet all state, federal and local guidelines. + Enjoys working with special needs students.
