Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) $75/hr | South Holland, IL | In-Person Position Overview We are seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (CCC-SLP) to provide high-quality evaluations and therapy services for Early Childhood students in a school-based setting. This role focuses on supporting students with communication, social, and developmental needs through play-based, integrated, and developmentally appropriate therapy approaches. The SLP will work closely with the educational team to ensure that each child’s plan of care is implemented effectively and documented accurately. Assignment Details + Location: South Holland, IL + Start Date: ASAP + End Date: May 29, 2026 + Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–3:00 PM + Break: 30-minute unpaid lunch + Hours: 32.5 hours per week + Pay Rate: $75/hour + Modality: In-person + Duration: Through end of school year Caseload & Student Population + Program: Early Childhood / Pre-K + Approximate Caseload: 20 students + Student Needs May Include: + Autism Spectrum Disorder + Intellectual Disabilities + Verbal and nonverbal communication challenges + Social interaction and sensory regulation needs + Therapy Approach: + Play-based and child-centered + Incorporation of motor and sensory supports + Utilization of technology-based and multimodal communication tools Responsibilities + Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations + Develop and implement individualized therapy plans aligned with IEPs + Provide both individual and small-group therapy sessions + Maintain accurate documentation of services, progress, and outcomes + Collaborate with teachers, related service providers, and families + Contribute to a positive, supportive Early Childhood learning environment Requirements + Active Illinois Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) License + ASHA certified (CCC-SLP) + TB screening and current health certificate per state standards + Must follow all federal, state, and local employment requirements Contact Ruthie Today!
