Speech Language Pathologist
Job Description Insight Global is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our charter school team client in East St. Paul, MN. This part-time position offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of students ranging from Pre-K through 6th grade. The ideal candidate will manage a caseload of 20–25 students, providing high-quality speech and language services in a supportive educational environment. This position will likely require working 3 days a week, with a flexible schedule tailored to the candidate's needs. Key Responsibilities - Provide direct speech and language therapy services to students in Pre-K through 6th grade - Develop and implement individualized treatment plans - Collaborate with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student progress - Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports - Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to student evaluations We are a company committed to creating diverse and inclusive environments where people can bring their full, authentic selves to work every day.
