Speech Language Pathologist – High School Site (Avondale, AZ) Location: Avondale, AZ Start Date: Mid-February Schedule: 40 hours per week Pay Rate: $63.00 per hour (Travel Rates Available) Position Overview Amergis is seeking a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) for a full-time, on-site role at a single high school location in the Avondale area. The clinician will collaborate with another SLP on campus to split responsibilities and support a manageable caseload. Key Responsibilities + Provide speech and language services to approximately 40 high school students. + Share caseload duties with the on-site SLP. + Conduct evaluations, develop IEP goals, and deliver direct therapy. + Participate in IEP meetings, progress reporting, and communication with educational teams and families. + Maintain accurate and compliant documentation aligned with state requirements. + No SLPA supervision required. Qualifications + Active Arizona Department of Education (AZ DOE) SLP License. + Valid IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card. + Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology. + School-based experience preferred but not required.
