Opportunities for growth and leadership. **What You’ll Do:** As an SLP-I, you’ll play a vital role in supporting students with communication challenges by: + Conducting **comprehensive assessments** in speech, language, oral motor, and feeding/swallowing. + Developing and implementing **individualized intervention plans** aligned with each student’s IEP. + Delivering services in diverse settings including **pull-out, classroom, and co-teaching formats** . + Collaborating with families, educators, and other professionals to ensure **educational benefit** . + Maintaining detailed documentation in compliance with **MSDE, ASHA, and departmental standards** . + Participating in **team meetings, staff development, and community outreach** . **What You Bring:** + Master’s degree in **Speech-Language Pathology** . + **Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)** from ASHA. + **Maryland State Licensure** (or eligibility). + Experience working with children with communication disorders. **Physical & Professional Requirements:** + Ability to lift/carry students and adaptive equipment as needed. + Comfortable working in a school setting with potential exposure to communicable diseases. + Strong **organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills** . + Commitment to **professional development** and **service excellence** . **Skills That Set You Apart:** + Deep understanding of **developmental communication disorders** . + Ability to tailor services to diverse age groups and needs. + Collaborative mindset and ability to work across disciplines. + Knowledge of **IEP development and implementation** .
