This position includes a bonus stipend for a hard-to-find area as such: $3,000 hiring bonus stipend, payable in three installments: First installment within the first two months of hire, second installment upon completion of first year of teaching with the District, and third installment upon reaching tenure with the District.

Under the direction of the Director of Special Education, the Speech, Language and Hearing Specialist shall provide diagnostic and remedial services to communication impaired children in the District.

Requirements / Qualifications

A valid California Speech-Language Pathology Services Credential-Language, Speech & Hearing or Clinical or Rehabilitative Service Credential; must have knowledge of and ability to provide diagnostic and remedial services to communication impaired children in the district.
