Job Description A utilities client in Houston is looking for a REMOTE Spectrum Payroll Specialist to join their Spectrum Program on the implementation team. You will be aligning the system capabilities with Client’s organizational objectives. This role must have knowledge in procurement, payroll with an accounting/finance background and ideally have experience within the ERP Spectrum Viewpoint Construction Management Software, owned by Trimble. You will collaborate with internal and Operating Unit teams to effectively troubleshoot any issues during implementation and provide post-implementation end user support. You will work directly with the Operating Units to understand the individual needs of the business, and help with payroll processing. This role is remote, a 6-month contract with extensions or full-time conversion and will pay $60-65/hour. Skills and Requirements 5+ Years of Experience with Spectrum Viewpoint Construction Management Software Finance & Accounting Background- CPA, Controller, Manager, Payroll, etc. Proficient at processing payroll for 1000+ employees - General Ledger, Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable Strong Union Experience – updates, support, bargaining, requirements, agreements, rates, wage codes and set up Experience Implementing Spectrum Viewpoint Construction Management Software Advanced Excel Skills - pivot tables, conversions, transactions, debits & credits
