Responsibilities:
-Patient check-in, various types of sample collections including unobserved and observed urine collections, oral fluid collections and performing telecollections.
-Completion of requisition forms, performing data entry and general office work including answering phones, and filing.
-Packaging samples up for transport to the laboratory.
Working hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Skills:
Experience with Microsoft Office, particularly Excel a plus.
Education:
High School
Experience:
1-4 years
Qualifications:
-A high school diploma at minimum, be detail oriented and be comfortable using a computer.
-Should be comfortable learning new software programs.
-Polished interpersonal skills are a must as this is a client-facing role.
-This job will follow HIPAA regulations, confidentiality and discretion are paramount.
-Ability to work independently once trained is important.
