TASKS AND RESPONSIBILITIES Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong, long-term relationships with architects, designers, consultants, engineers, and relevant government and industry bodies across Saudi Arabia. Product Promotion & Specification: Proactively promote range of construction chemical products and their technical advantages to architects and designers to secure product specifications in their projects. Technical Presentations & Support: Conduct technical presentations, workshops, and seminars on the company's products and solutions to architectural and design firms, ensuring they have a thorough understanding of our offerings. Project Tracking & Influence: Identify and track upcoming projects in KSA and actively engage with the relevant stakeholders to influence the specification process in favor of our products. Technical Expertise: Serve as the primary technical point of contact for architects and designers, providing expert advice, product information, and solutions to their technical queries. Collaboration with Sales: Work closely with the sales team to provide technical support for ongoing projects where specifications have been secured, ensuring a smooth transition from specification to sale. Market Intelligence: Stay updated on the latest trends, regulations, and competitor activities within the Saudi Arabian construction industry, particularly concerning architectural and design preferences and specifications. Product Development Feedback: Gather feedback from architects and designers on product requirements and market needs, relaying this information to the product development team.

SKILLS AND COMPETENCIES REQUIRED

 

Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering, Architecture, or related field. Minimum of 2 to 3 years of experience in specifications, project management, or construction materials industry. Proficiency in English and Arabic (spoken and written). Strong interpersonal and communication skills with ability to build relationships with consultants, contractors, and clients. Excellent negotiation and presentation skills. Proficient in MS Office and project management tools. Knowledge of building codes, standards, and safety regulations. Strong technical expertise in construction systems and materials.
