IQVIA is recruiting Specialty Sales Representatives on behalf of one of our pharmaceutical partners to support the promotion of a portfolio of specialty medicines within specialist healthcare settings.
These roles focus on high‑quality, compliant engagement with healthcare professionals and are part of a broader specialty care portfolio spanning immunology, gastroenterology, and dermatology. The positions operate within a structured, compliant sales model and work closely with regional managers and cross‑functional teams.
Key ResponsibilitiesPromote assigned specialty medicines in line with the approved brand strategy and local regulationsBuild and maintain strong, professional relationships with relevant healthcare professionalsDeliver high‑quality product discussions based on approved materials and messagingPlan and manage territory activity to achieve agreed sales and activity targetsMaintain accurate and timely records of activity using CRM systemsStay up to date on disease areas, treatment pathways, and competitor landscapeOperate at all times in compliance with company policies, partner requirements, and industry codes of practiceExperience & EducationExperience as a medical or pharmaceutical sales representative, ideally within specialty or secondary careStrong communication, organisation, and customer‑engagement skillsAbility to work independently while contributing effectively to a wider sales teamBachelor’s degree (or equivalent) in life sciences, business, or a related discipline is preferredAdditional RequirementsMust be legally qualified to work as a medical/pharmaceutical sales representative in the local country of employmentMust be fluent in the local native language and have business‑level EnglishValid driving licenceWillingness to travel regularly within the assigned territory#LI‑CES #LI‑CS1
