**Become a part of our caring community and help us put health first** This position reports through CenterWell Pharmacy’s Supply Chain and Inventory Planning team and performs various inventory planning, order placement, order expediting, relationship management and financial related tasks in support of CenterWell Pharmacy’s distribution operations. This person will need to be able to work independently, cross-functionally and use different systems or tools to communicate with pharmacy operations team members and suppliers in performance of the role. This person may need to complete data retrieval and analysis. + Submit product orders to suppliers daily and adhere to designated minimum & maximum inventory levels + Report Shortages and Overages to Suppliers; monitor for credits + Drug Add submissions + Review supplier order status to ensure inventory availability and expedite orders as necessary + Track PO’s and supply DFT with tracking as needed + Adhere to supplier contractual inventory level requirements + Work with Pharmacy Supply Chain to identify and utilize alternate suppliers (as necessary) to minimize out-of-stock situations + Review root causes for out-of-stock + Adhere to ordering primary supplier preferred products (i.e. mfr-direct or wholesaler source program products) + Minimize alternate supplier purchases unless due to inventory shortage + Work with various teams to ensure all drugs/supplies that are needed are available. + Effectively communicate supply issues that arise + Manage various relationships internally and externally **Use your skills to make an impact** **Required Qualifications** + Proficiency in MS Excel + Pharmacy Technician Certification + Pharmacy experience **Preferred Qualifications** + Inventory Planning System experience + Prior purchasing experience + Elite knowledge **Additional Information** Travel: While this is a remote position, occasional travel to Humana's offices for training or meetings may be required. **Scheduled Weekly Hours** 40 **Pay Range** The compensation range below reflects a good faith estimate of starting base pay for full time (40 hours per week) employment at the time of posting. The pay range may be higher or lower based on geographic location and individual pay will vary based on demonstrated job related skills, knowledge, experience, education, certifications, etc. $65,000 - $88,600 per year This job is eligible for a bonus incentive plan.
