We're looking for a driven professional to develop and implement targeted marketing strategies, technical training, and key commercial plans for the Wound Closure and Healing portfolios. Success relies on product and procedure focus, clinical expertise, and strong stakeholder relationships with KOLs and societies. You’ll create customer solutions that deliver added value, strengthen long-term partnerships, and drive sustainable growth. **RESPONSIBILITIES**
+ Implement specialty-specific strategies by collaborating with global, regional teams, and key opinion leaders.
+ Develop marketing strategies to grow unit sales, profitability, and market share; optimize new product launches.
+ Work closely with your fellow marketing colleagues to drive specialty and product strategies.
+ Manage sales forecasts, track market trends, and ensure inventory is aligned.
+ Deliver product and procedure training via face-to-face and digital channels to promote learning.
+ Support sales teams with relevant marketing and technical product support processes.
+ Ensure compliance with ethical, corporate, and regulatory standards.
+ Promote health, safety, and environmental policies, coaching teams to maintain standards.
**ABOUT YOU**
+ Medical Device Marketing and New Product Launch experience.
+ Digital Marketing Experience.
+ Tertiary qualifications at Degree level (Business or Science discipline preferred)
+ Medical Device Marketing and New product launch experience preferred
+ Speciality Marketing experience preferred
+ Understanding of the Australian healthcare landscape
+ Expert in Competitive Awareness and Collaboration/Stakeholder Management
+ Strong Customer Focus, Product Knowledge, and Commercial Acumen
+ High Capacity to Learn and Sense of Urgency
