You will target sophisticated, liquidity-rich organizations nationwide. We are looking for a consultative seller who combines deep industry knowledge with technical precision to win the trust of CFOs and Treasurers. **What You'll Be Doing:** + **New Business Development:** Spearhead the acquisition of net-new operating relationships in target verticals, managing the entire sales cycle from prospecting to funding. + **Consultative Approach:** Deeply analyze client workflows to diagnose inefficiencies. You don't just sell products; you prescribe liquidity structures that become essential to the client’s operation. + **Strategic Cross Sell:** Working with internal partners to deliver “whole bank” solutions to include Private Wealth and Investment Banking. + **Total Ownership:** Act as the single point of accountability for the client experience, driving the process forward with internal partners to ensure seamless execution. + **Market Insight:** Maintain an active pulse on competitor offerings and industry trends, using that knowledge to position CIBC as a superior partner. **How You'll Succeed:** + 7+ years of sales experience in Transaction Banking, Commercial Deposits, or Treasury Management. + Expertise in the cash management needs of complex sectors (e.g., Fiduciary, Escrow, or Property Management). **Attributes:** + You possess quiet confidence and a lack of ego. + You are willing to challenge the status quo and push for process improvements that benefit the client. + You are a resilient hunter with high activity levels with a disciplined approach to CRM pipeline management + You are a COI orchestrator with natural networking ability to build trust within the industry + You are detailed oriented and a self-starter _At CIBC we enable the work environment most optimal for you to thrive in your role.
