This field-based role covers Southwestern Ontario, with travel to locations including Windsor, London, Kitchener, Waterloo, and Hamilton. The ideal candidate will reside in a central location within the territory, such as London or the Kitchener-Waterloo region. This is a key specialty care role responsible for leading territory strategies, executing business plans, and driving uptake of severe asthma biologic therapies. In this role, you will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including Medical, Market Access, and internal specialists, to ensure alignment and effective execution. Your expertise will directly contribute to transforming patient outcomes by enabling optimized patient access, strong HCP engagement, and measurable business results. How We Work As a Specialty Care Territory Manager, you will work in a field-based, dynamic, and collaborative environment that supports your professional growth by providing: Company-leased vehicle and company-issued equipment to facilitate travel and field-based work Comprehensive onboarding and formal training for success in a specialty care territory Ongoing support from sales leadership and cross-functional teams to ensure high performance Exposure to multi-channel selling approaches, including in-person, remote, and digital engagement Role Responsibilities The responsibilities of the role will include: Build deep understanding of customers, their needs, challenges, and interdependencies to map the patient journey in eosinophilic diseases and propose solutions that deliver value Develop and implement strategic and targeted business plans with specialists treating eosinophilic-driven diseases that deliver or exceed targets Demonstrate measurable progress against business plans using clearly defined KPIs that prove value to customers and the business Effectively utilize multi-channel selling tools (face-to-face, remote, and digital) to deliver customer-focused initiatives and accelerate sales growth Courageously challenge customer biases, assumptions, and beliefs with appropriate positive tension to influence change Mobilize internal and external experts through appropriate forums/channels to deliver data and respond to queries in line with GSK’s HCP engagement practices Become an acknowledged expert in the business by fully understanding the healthcare environment, including customers, products, competitive set, and regulatory/reimbursement factors Assess customer needs and uncover potential barriers related to Patient Support Programs (PSPs); work with team and vendors to develop recommendations for improvement Qualifications & Skills: Bachelor’s degree required Proven track record of 3–5 years in pharmaceutical sales Proven leadership skills and ability to work collaboratively and cross-functionally Highly developed verbal and written communication skills Strong customer/patient focus and ability to build and maintain access to HCPs Ability to leverage a network of specialists and allied health professionals to drive impactful outcomes Strong analytical, business planning, and ROI evaluation skills Solid project management experience, including implementing, monitoring, and reviewing projects High level of integrity and ethics Travel required; valid driver’s license and willingness to travel throughout Southwestern Ontario Preferred Qualifications: Previous specialty pharmaceutical sales experience with biologics or rare disease is preferred High learning agility to build disease/product knowledge and interpret scientific research Proven ability to identify strategic business opportunities and propose solutions to drive growth Experience collaborating in academic centers and managing multi-stakeholder initiatives Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment *** This position requires the employee to drive routinely on Company business and allows for the provision of a company-leased vehicle.
