ROLE SUMMARY
The Vietnam-Thailand Cluster Specialty Care Marketing Lead is responsible for leading large hospital and IM portfolios and new launches in high specialist therapy areas (I&I, RD). S/he will set commercial strategic direction for a diverse portfolio to maximize growth and revenue (including protecting the revenue line of established portfolio).
This role will ensure excellent execution aligned to cluster, regional and global model working closely with the CBLs of TAs within scope, CFC Leads and other cross functional team members.
ROLE RESPONSIBILITIES
Strategy
Lead marketers focusing on HBU, AI, RD/I&I and IM and brands execution plans in line with cluster objectives and goalsBuild and update cross functional platform to ensure deliverablesDevelop and drive the brand strategies aligned with global, region and cluster/countryInitiate and lead portfolio related initiatives and drive functional accountability to meet the agreed timeline and quality of workDevelop proper remediation plans for identified risks when applicable with strong agilityOperational and Business Performance
Forecast brand portfolio performance and track progress towards targetAccountable to all relevant areas relating to brands; i.e. supply forecast, pricing, KOLs development, and hospital/institution listing plan, etcCross-functional brand leadership including sales, marketing, medical, access, legal, compliance, corporate affairs, regulatory, supply, communications, etc to ensure plans and programs are effectively executed with available resources.People and Leadership

Diverse and deep marketing experience in portfolio management, life cycle management, launch excellence in private and public market archetypes.Proven experience in maximizing revenue, IBT and growth rigorous P&L management, strong commercial acumen with experience in differentiated investment strategies to manage books of business (including alliance partnerships/ BD exp)Proven insights-based working, analytical decision making and deep customer insights to drive growth strategies.
