Role overview:

Partner with Transaction Managers, Project Managers, and Account Management team to drive operational coordination, portfolio management, and client reporting. Ensure service excellence across property portfolios, primarily focused on Germany with additional EMEA country coverage. Reports to Head of CRE in Paris.

Responsibilities:

Transaction Management: Execute end-to-end transaction processes for portfolio sites, build business cases, collect stakeholder data, and drive regional account reports and QBRs

Project Governance & Delivery: Manage capital project delivery, ensure alignment with timelines and budgets, lead project planning activities, and provide insights for global RE committee and CAPEX approvals

Financial & Procurement Oversight: Manage Purchase Orders, resolve invoice issues, track budgets, identify cost savings, and maintain project financial data with Project Managers and finance teams

Stakeholder Collaboration: Build strong relationships with local market players, drive cross-functional collaboration between internal teams, external consultants, contractors, and client stakeholders

Governance & Process Management: Lead due diligence activities, maintain meeting minutes and action tracking, manage compliance matters, and oversee Playbooks and governance documentation

Process Improvement: Drive efficiency initiatives, support system and database inductions for new team members and clients, and maintain process maps

Requirements:

Master's degree in Finance, Economics, Management, or Real Estate

3+ years experience with approximately 2 years in real estate-related fields

Fluent written and spoken English and German

Project Management or Transaction Management experience required

German market knowledge strongly recommended

Knowledge of procurement processes and financial tracking

Advanced MS Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Familiarity with property management systems (Tririga) preferred
