Working hours: EMEA with flexibility
Work arrangement: remote work possible
Salary: SK - base salary from 2400 EUR. CZ - base salary from 66 300 CZK. The actual salary is based on skills, experience and knowledge.
You will be part of the Business Management team aligned with Technology Services International (TSI). TSI is responsible for the design, implementation, and operation of all internal IT infrastructure across International (i.e. outside the domestic US).
TSI services consist of the following:
All typical office infrastructure – desktop PC, LAN, file & print, email, ADEX.
Mobility services including, but not limited to, Android, iOS and other Smartphone services and MDM Solutions
Infrastructure services such as servers (including virtualization), storage, backup, security, and disaster recovery.
Internal business applications based on Sun, HP, Dell, and IBM platforms.
Emerging technologies and services such as HVD, BYOD, Mobile computing
Multiple interfaces to AT&T WAN technologies including most leading-edge WAN services.
You will be working as part of a Financial Team, participating in multiple activities including asset disposals, ordering, invoice management, contract management, and other accounting and financial tasks. You will be responsible for ensuring that quality services are delivered successfully within the given timelines.
You should have a proven ability to manage all finance-related facets. This role requires a balance of technical expertise, strategic planning, and exceptional communication skills to ensure the successful delivery of IT initiatives.
Primarily, you will be responsible for the following:
Execute and manage all IT related ordering for International TSI and PMATT Projects.
Monitor and track ordering progress, identifying and mitigating issues proactively.
Collaborate with IT teams to assess technical requirements and ensure alignment with business needs.
Work as part of the TSI Asset Disposal team to ensure proper disposal of AT&T Assets by meeting all audit requirements and deadlines.
Work as part of the invoice approval team to ensure timely approval and tracking of invoices and solve any arising issues.
Understand TSI infrastructure, cloud technologies, and cybersecurity best practices.
Serve as the primary contact for technical and project teams for all Asset Disposal areas
Facilitate clear communication to ensure ordering/project status is visible to all parties involved.
Provide regular updates and manage expectations.
Work closely with cross-functional teams, including TSI technical teams, Accounts Payable, Global Supply chain, Asset Disposal team and external vendors.
Identify opportunities to enhance Asset Disposal and invoice approval processes, tools, and methodologies.
Implement industry best practices to improve efficiency.
Maintain comprehensive tracking of Asset Disposal progress.
Address discrepancies between invoices and orders.
Always execute our money saving attitude by finding ways to reduce costs.
Driving continuous improvement in the above areas
Desired qualifications and experience:
Degree in a Business Management discipline or a closely related relevant discipline or strong relevant work experience.
5+ years of experience in Business Management/financial roles within IT.
Proficient in ordering and tracking related tools (e.g., Ingot, SharePoint, Punchout catalogues for various vendors) will be considered a plus.
Solid understanding of IT infrastructure.
Familiarity with shipping documentation and processes
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
A confident, open communicator and be capable of working independently and remotely from your immediate management team.
Able to demonstrate the ability to take an independent lead and be self-driven.
Able to demonstrate a diligent, methodical approach.
Good numeric skills and be proficient in the use of Microsoft office suite, especially Excel.
Good verbal and written communication skills
Above all a zeal for delighting your customer, and for continuous improvement, is key to your approach to work.
Language: Proficient in both written & spoken English. Ability in additional languages is desirable as your role will interact with AT&T associates in many countries.
