Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Executes purchasing of goods, services and supplies which includes RFQ inquiry, bid tabulation, commercial evaluation, commercial negotiation including terms and conditions, service contracts, purchase orders, and order placement.
- Expedites purchase order to monitor/manage vendor progress to ensure timely shipment of equipment/material to a project site in a safe and cost-efficient manner; including post-delivery purchase and site supports.
- Coordinates with Admin, HR, Project Management, Engineering and other relevant departments to ensure proper execution as per stakeholders requirements and specifications for procurement of goods and services for various functions such as Administration, HR, Project Management Engineering.
Skills Required:
- Skills required for this job are typically acquired through the completion of an undergraduate degree and 8+ years of relevant experience in Supply Chain Management
- Must have experience in MS Dynamics or SAP purchasing.
- Have excellent written and verbal communication skills and be able to adapt to changing work efforts and manage shifting priorities.
- Be able to develop and maintain professional relationships with internal/external stakeholders and contribute to a professional work environment by demonstrating integrity, teamwork, and a positive attitude.
