We are seeking a highly skilled PMO & Client Voice Specialist to join our team for supporting UK Sales Enablement team. The primary focus of this role is to provide support for internal communications, client intelligence, account strategy development, and reporting. The primary responsibility of this role is to develop and maintain accurate and insightful reports to enhance decision-making processes within our organization. The ideal candidate will have expertise in SharePoint, Power BI, MS Flow, data management, data governance, client experience, communications, and reporting.
The candidate should possess strong data management and interpretation skills to effectively convert data into actionable insights. Additionally, strong problem-solving abilities, attention to detail, and prioritization skills are necessary, along with a solid understanding of managing stakeholders. The candidate should have hands-on experience managing O365 tools with knowledge in SharePoint, Power BI dashboards, and advanced skills in MS PowerPoint along with Excel for data analysis and presentation.

What this job involves:
Internal Communications: Manage the client information for internal stakeholders. Ensure accurate and timely dissemination of information to internal stakeholders through effective communication channels. Monitor and gather client updates from various sources, including news, social media, client publications, and meetings. Share client updates with the JLL Account Team using email and JLL CRM systems. Support the team in utilizing client intelligence to enhance client engagement and business development opportunities.
Account Strategy Development: Review client feedback to gain insights into specific opportunities or issues that need to be addressed. Analyze client strategy, key priorities, and portfolio by referencing client publications (annual reports, website, investor presentations), client feedback, and meetings. Collaborate with the team to develop effective account strategies and action plans based on client insights.
Reporting and Analytics: Develop and maintain accurate and insightful reports to enhance decision-making processes. Utilize tools such as Power BI, Excel, MS PowerPoint and other relevant platforms to create visually appealing and actionable reports. Contribute to the development of dashboards and reporting frameworks to monitor and measure sales enablement efforts.
Stakeholder Management and Collaboration: Exceptional Stakeholder Management, would need to ensure that all stakeholders are aware about the progress of tasks and clear communication of timelines. Problem solving attitude towards the requests raised and should strive for automating the solutions. Collaborate with UK Sales and One JLL Client teams to suggest and develop the most appropriate reporting outputs that enable these teams to demonstrate success and to highlight risks through data-led, evidence-based insights. Suggest measures to enhance data quality and bridge gaps wherever possible.

Excellent understanding of client experience principles and the ability to utilize client intelligence effectively.
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey information to internal stakeholders.
Experience in reviewing client publications, analyzing feedback, and developing actionable strategies.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to interpret data and provide insights.
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
Employee specification
A Master’s/bachelor’s degree in business or marketing or a related field
Exceptional Stakeholder Management
Strong knowledge of MS Office Suites.
Shift timings: 1 PM – 10 PM IST
Location: Gurugram, Haryana
At least 5-7 years of professional experience in account management
