Specialist Pharma Programs
Job Summary:

Supports communication with pharmaceutical manufacturers, hubs, operations and management as it relates to execution of contractual requirements for manufacturer programs. Reviews and researches external inquiries regarding patient status and data reporting. Responsible for answering inquiries from the division regarding contractual requirements and operational procedures such as data reporting requirements, adverse event reporting requirements and patient outreach requirements.

Job Responsibilities:Acts as a primary contact for pharmaceutical manufacturer/hub partners with regard to meeting contractual requirements, ensuring timeliness of order processing and accuracy of data reporting.Resolves issues and responds to inquiries such as data requests.Participates in the Quarterly Business Reviews to address current status and outstanding issues or concerns in order to ensure client satisfaction.Collaborates with Pharma Program Manager, Implementation team, and other related contacts in implementing Pharma programs to ensure consistency in contractual requirements with operational business process.Collaborates with appropriate parties to create drug specific standard operations procedures while incorporating the business process specific to contract.Leads the development, internal review and revision of division SOPs, QRGs and operations training.Ensures adherence to SOPs and QRGs and follow up with Operations management, as needed.Acts as a subject matter expert regarding operations practices to identify impact to processes/procedures when interpreting pharma contracts.Collaborates cross functionally within operations to ensure WSP's ability to meet contract expectations.Monitors, corrects and analyzes internal patient data; provides reports to manufacturer and responds to any questions regarding data.Acts as a division wide liaison between pharma program representatives, facility operations teams and management teams to ensure that all are kept informed of critical manufacturer program information in a timely mannerInterprets manufacturer HIPM authorization types for data reporting billing.Other responsibilities as judgment or necessity dictate.About Walgreens
