Job Description:
Overall Purpose: Leads network and engineering implementation planning, execution and development through completion of assigned technical projects, and successful delivery of ensuring efficient resource use, compliance with industry standards, and successful delivery of technical network projects, while managing vendor relationships using Agile methodologies.
Key Roles and Responsibilities: Typical tasks may include, but are not limited to, the following:
• Project Planning and Development: Develop and manage complex technical project plans, including schedules, resource allocation, feasibility studies, and business cases.
• Team Coordination and Leadership: Assemble and lead project teams, assign responsibilities, oversee performance, and manage multiple interrelated projects or strategic programs.
• Execution and Monitoring: Perform scheduling, tracking, reporting, risk analysis, cost management, variance analysis, change management, and control to ensure project adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Vendor and Stakeholder Management: Establish and manage contractual relationships with customers and external vendors, and coordinate with stakeholders to align project deliverables with business requirements.
• Compliance and Agile Methodologies: Ensure project compliance with industry standards and company policies, implement quality assurance processes, and utilize Scrum or Agile techniques for team collaboration and backlog management.
Microsoft knowledge is required, specifically in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and MS Teams.

Environmental Requirements: This position may be responsible for contributing to ATT compliance with environmental laws and regulations as applicable to its job function. Education/Experience: Bachelor’s degree (BS/BA) desired. 1+ years of related experience. Certification is required in some areas.
