Zero Bond at Wynn Las Vegas is redefining the membership club experience and is looking for a dynamic and organized Member Relations Specialist. This role reports to the Vice President & Head of Membership of Zero Bond at Wynn Las Vegas and works closely with the internal departments, external partners and Bond Hospitality to ensure streamlined management of the membership community of Zero Bond..
Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities
Serve as the liaison between the club, membership team and its members ensuring a seamless experienceMaintain accurate and up-to-date member profiles in the CRM system including preferences, milestones and key notesTrack member activity, engagement levels and feedback to identify opportunities for personalized outreachAssist in the creation of visual desks and presentation requestsCreate and implement analytical reports, complete ad hoc reporting request and serve as an expert on all member insightsManage and execute all key life event touchpoints, including birthdays, anniversaries, engagements, weddings, new purchases, births and other milestonesCoordinate thoughtful gifting for special occasions ensuring they are timely, on-brand and aligned with the member preferencesKeep a calendar of member milestones and ensure proper follow-through in collaboration with the membership and operations teamAssist with onboarding new members through personalized welcome emails, curated gift boxes and introductory callsRegularly check in with members through handwritten notes, calls or emails to build long-term relationships and ensure high satisfaction and retentionCollaborate with Membership, Events and Marketing teams to integrate member data into activationsWork closely with member events to identify potential members or brands to host eventsCollect and log member feedback post-events or after high-touch momentsIdentify trends in member needs and preferences to improve programmingMaintain Zero Bond’s standards and club rulesDeep understanding of Peoplevine, CRM and other organization platformsWork regular weekly floor shifts, producing a nightly report detailing the profile and atmosphere of Zero BondSupport the Membership team as it pertains to maintaining high quality relationships with MembersQualificationsBachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related fieldA minimum of three (3) years’ experience in hospitality or membership club events and/or marketingMust have a deep understanding of CRM platformsMust be highly organizedMust be able to work a flexible schedule based on the needs of Zero Bond including peak business periods, weekends and holidaysHighly trained in Microsoft Office and excellent computer skillsStrong written and communication skillsVersed in hospitality or have a client relations backgroundAbility to multitask and handle multiple assignmentsProfessional, tactful and Well-versed in conflict resolutionAdditional InformationWynn Resorts is an equal opportunity employer committed to hiring a diverse workforce and sustaining an inclusive culture.
