Specialist Maintenance Systems FULL-TIME OPPORTUNITY in O'Fallon, MO Starting Salary: $43,680 - $49,920 annually The Specialist Maintenance Systems is responsible for performing records audits in Ramco and assisting with implementing new Ramco programs. The Specialist, Maintenance Systems, is also responsible for maintaining company manuals and reviewing OEM technical publications for changes. Responsibilities Maintains Departmental and Company Manuals Reviews OEM technical publications for changes and provides suggestions on actions to be taken based upon the changes Coordinates with Ramco for updates to the system and to resolve issues Assists with tracking aircraft components and record keeping functions Tracks and reports monthly flight hours Assist Procurement and Inventory/Logistics departments with reviewing goods receipt on aircraft components and verifying Ramco is correct. Reviews Airworthiness Directives and ensures Ramco is accurately tracking them Assist training department with testing and reviewing training material for Ramco. Assist Maintenance Control with request for aircraft records and Ramco issues Minimum Required Qualifications High school diploma or GED equivalent Ability to multitask and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment. Exhibits professionalism, is ethical and able to maintain confidentiality. Well-organized, analytical and self-directed. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to relate to and interact with people at all levels of the organization. Demonstrated facilitation and presentation skills.
