Nature & Purpose of Position Performs specialized duties and support for the communication for the College of Education. Primary Responsibilities Performs highly advanced specialist duties for the College of Education. Plans, develops, implements, coordinates and monitors programs or services related to recruitment and retention. Communicates regularly with the Associate Director of Recruitment and Retention. Responds to college-wide requests related to development of information related to outreach, recruitment and retention. Accountable for the execution and follow through of complex and technical responsibilities associated with outreach, recruitment and retention. Collects, reconciles, and maintains complex data, not limited to undergraduate and graduate enrollment data and other information related to recruitment and retention. Monitors project timelines and identifies issues, as appropriate. Plans and coordinates outreach, recruitment and retention events. Develops, coordinates, and implements assigned processes to staff and students. Oversees website development, including dissemination of responsibilities to staff in relation to website development. Coordination of content for COE social media strategically across all platforms. Performs other related duties as assigned.
