In this role, you will own the technical design, optimization, and support of Amgen’s Cloud PC service while working with functional teams in network security, data networking, and identity management. Proficiency in Azure cloud services, desktop engineering, and advanced troubleshooting are essential. **Roles & Responsibilities** + Serve as the SME for Windows 365, leading technical strategy, implementation, and support + Design, deploy, and manage Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI) environments with a focus on performance, scalability, and user experience + Collaborate with development resources on design and maintenance of VDI automation built with Azure Functions in .NET + Provide Tier 3 support and resolve escalated technical issues related to Cloud PC and VDI environments + Continually optimize service functions and integrations + Supply innovative ideas to address evolving requirements + Stay current with Microsoft and industry trends to ensure best practices and continuous improvement of the virtual desktop strategy + Create and maintain detailed documentation **What we expect of you** We are all different, yet we all use our unique contributions to serve patients.
