You will provide essential pre‑drafting support by ensuring order details and product model option breakdowns are complete, accurate, and ready for the drawing publication process.

**In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:**
+ Review drawing tasks to determine if third-party instruments are included.
+ Coordinate with Specialists or Technical Support for required third-party drawings.
+ Ensure all drawing inputs are complete and ready for drafting work.
+ Enter drawing-related information such as instrument tags, calibration details, and configurations, into business system tools.
+ Ensure accuracy and completeness of order details and product model option breakdowns to avoid drafting rework.
+ Support drafting cycle time by preventing upstream administrative delays.
**Who You Are:**
You manage your work with attention to detail and ensure information is complete and accurate before moving forward. You collaborate effectively with teammates and partners, communicating clearly to maintain alignment and avoid delays. You adapt to changing requirements and stay focused on delivering high‑quality outputs. You analyze information carefully and take a systematic, organized approach to solving problems and supporting efficient workflows.
**For This Role, You Will Need:**
+ Bachelor’s degree in any 4-year course, preferably in Business Administration, Commerce, or related field.
+ Experience in customer service and order management doing order entry, data encoding, and customer service/administration.
+ Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
+ Proficiency in English communication skills.
+ Must be open to take on a 9 months fixed-term employment.
**Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart**
+ Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications is a plus.
