There’s never a dull moment! **WHO YOU WILL WORK WITH** As a member of the Nike Direct Digital Operations team, you will report to the Platform Operations Senior Manager. In this role, you will collaborate closely with core operations teams and broader groups such as Digital Experience, Merchandising, Marketing, Planning, Technology, Pricing, and Supply Chain. You will also interact with teams in other geographies and maintain ongoing partnerships with the global team based at Philip H. Knight campus in Beaverton, Oregon. **WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR** We are seeking a Platform Operations Specialist to join our team, embedded in Nike’s Sport Offense. This role is responsible for the end-to-end Readiness and Activation of digital product launches and the seasonal assortment for a Sport across our EMEA portfolio. You are an organized, flexible multitasker who takes pride in the perfection of your work. You can prioritize tasks, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and solve problems efficiently. You have a passion for digital commerce, operational excellence, and innovation. Flexibility to support the business during holidays and weekends is essential. + Experience in direct-to-consumer retail ecommerce, with a focus on operational process improvement. + Proficiency in English with excellent verbal and written communication skills + Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to deliver quality work on time while balancing multiple priorities. + Ability to quickly learn new systems; basic experience with Nike internal tools and Airtable is a plus. + Proven ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively within large, diverse teams. + Positive, energetic attitude with a passion for ecommerce, retail, sport, and fashion. + Flexibility in working hours to support the business (including weekends and holidays). **WHAT YOU WILL WORK ON** You will own and execute the operational delivery of product launches and seasonal readiness for your assigned Sport, ensuring a flawless consumer journey across platforms. Your responsibilities include: + Lead the end-to-end operational execution of product launches for your Sport across all EMEA countries. + Drive assortment readiness (including 3PP) by leveraging business and operational insights. + Ensure accurate product activation, deactivation, grouping, and attribution for the digital assortment. + Oversee timely delivery of digital assets and inventory, partnering with Sport led crews (Planning, Merch, Brand, etc.) to align on assortment planning and key initiatives. + Identify and mitigate potential risks by coordinating with Geo and Global stakeholders to maintain operational excellence. + Own and execute exclusive launch experiences (e.g., Reserved for You, Exclusive Access) to deepen consumer engagement and maximize demand. + Participate in key trade meetings and seasonal planning gates as the primary Platform Operations point of contact, providing operational insights and ensuring delivery for strategic priorities. + Continuously refining workflows and processes to drive efficiency and accountability. + Leverage data and digital tools to inform decision making and process improvements.
