Key Responsibilities:
1. Develop territory retail business strategy & program to guide future retail business
2. X-functional alignment with door plan before season kick-off and keep tracking in-season retail performance with prompt action plans
3. Work with territory account partner to integrate implementation seasonal retail plan and deliver 100% achievement result on aligned door plan
4. Collect and feedback territory partner’s retail KPI, marketplace intelligence and consumer insights, especially during retail moments
Requirements:
ᅳ Bachelor’s degree in management or Commerce is preferred
ᅳ Solid Sales & strategy account management experience in Retail industry
ᅳ Project Management and Multi-tasking
ᅳ Retail, digital and financial acumen ,
ᅳ Strong analysis and calculation skills, proficient in using office software
ᅳ Fluent in written and spoken English
