Responsible for executing partners sell-in strategy, and delivering partners high-quality OTB & ASSORMENT Execution & in-season product management.
Closely work together with NIKE internal teams to ensure season sell in strategy deliver good result.

Deliver Result
-Responsible for future/FOP sell In & in-season sell thru result
Product Management
-Drive effective product & assortment pitchback
-Deliver high quality assortment adoption
-Power franchise portfolio management
-Insight in product trend & influence partner's buyer
In-season Management
-Partner with MPO to ensure product ops efficiency (Allocation, Markdown Cadence)
-Pitchback for Gel prop delivery.
-Work with MFP to ensure Sales Programs delivery (Rebate RTV, CXL)
Catalyze The Marketplace
-Lead the joint effort for Top Doors offense
-Help partner to build capability to grow with NIKE
-Understand the marketplace thru precise regular dashboard and specific reporting.
KEY DELIVERABLES:
-Delivery financial result (OTB, Rev, Comp, MOS)
-In-season mgmt. to minimize potential risks and maximize biz opportunities.
-Improve Product Efficiency
Requirements of this role
Bachelor’s degree in business or related field.
More than 5 working experiences in sports or retail related industry.
Solid partner management skills.
Solid communication and influence skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including PowerPoint and Excel.
Rich knowledge of marketplace and products.
