Job Summary: We are seeking a highly experienced Senior SharePoint Developer to lead the design, development, and deployment of SharePoint solutions in a client-facing capacity. This is an individual contributor role requiring hands-on technical expertise and the ability to work independently while collaborating directly with clients to understand business needs and deliver scalable, secure, and maintainable SharePoint applications. Key Responsibilities: Engage directly with clients to gather requirements, define solution architecture, and plan implementation strategies. Design and develop custom SharePoint solutions including workflows, web parts, and integrations with other enterprise systems. Lead deployment and configuration of SharePoint environments (On-Premise and/or Online). Ensure solutions adhere to best practices in coding, security, and performance. Provide technical guidance and documentation to stakeholders and support teams. Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues across SharePoint environments. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including infrastructure, security, and business analysts. Required Qualifications: Minimum 10 years of experience in SharePoint development and administration. Proven expertise in SharePoint Online, SharePoint 2013/2016/2019, and Power Platform (PowerApps, Power Automate). Strong proficiency in C#, ASP.NET, JavaScript, HTML/CSS, and REST APIs. Experience with SharePoint Framework (SPFx) and client-side development. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to manage client interactions and expectations. Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies and DevOps practices is a plus. Preferred Skills: Experience with Microsoft Teams, OneDrive, and Office 365 integrations. Knowledge of Azure services and cloud-based deployments. Certifications in SharePoint or Microsoft 365 technologies.
