**Overview of the Job:** + Elevate Nike partner store operation ability and store athletes service ability through training and project execution + Responsible for leading the implementation of retail projects in TW and Greater bay cluster. **Job Responsibility:** + Partner with geo TTT team to deliver training and program execution to drive HK’s partner operation and training team capability. + Define & align an evolved service model and think strategic with manager for Greater Bay Cluster to make retail excellent in TW. + Lead partner’s training team continue to execute excellence. -Leverage internal training plan and tools to elevate partners training skills. -Partner with the team to drive training program and elevate partners’ capability through some pilot project. **Requirements:** + Learning agility and curiosity (in retail and sports industry); Training skill, Presentation skill and PPT skill is a must; + Rich experience and proven capabilities in retail or sports industry is preferred; + A team player with strong communication and influencing skills; Adaptive to ambiguity and thrives under pressure. + Passion of Nike, passion of sport and passion of service + Language-English speaking and writing NIKE, Inc. is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
