This role is an expert of Nike product and service & OPS experience who creates product understanding, effectively presents company or product information, and delivers Nike athlete services & ops experience to retail store athletes and Nike partners. He or she is good at delivering training of above-mentioned programs. He or she is also responsible for the creation and delivery of educational clinics that energize and foster passion of our store athletes. He or she will help Nike partners to elevate the brand passion, knowledge, services, and ops experience of store athletes in collaboration with internal teams and Nike partners through training and capability elevation. This role is for Cluster Greater Bay-Guangdong, Guangxi, Hainan, Fujian, Hongkong, Taiwan. **Key Partnership:** + **Geo RE / Cluster RE / Account / Brand / Nike partners** **Job Responsibilities:** + Deliver NIKE brand culture and product knowledge in GC + Work with partner to plan and execute training program to deliver campaign product knowledge and collect consumer feedback. + Delivering and leading and the planning & implementation of retail training programs. + Using in-class training or store clinic training to elevate store training skills and service ability. + Support hub store opening training, to help partners to drive and elevate store service. + Focus on partners talent athlete cultivation, inspire, and coach them to develop. + Closely working with X-function to deliver premium service. **Functional Skill Required (Hard skills):** + Training skill, presentation skill and PPT making skill + Strong Story telling capability + Projects leading and management skill + Understanding of the competitive market, customers, youth culture and retail trends. **Experience Required (Soft skills):** + Strong passion about sports & brand + Communication and influence skill, Teamwork + Proactive and judgmental capability + Logic and structured thinking + Good command of spoken and written in English/ Cantonese and Mandarin NIKE, Inc. is committed to employing a diverse workforce.
