Job responsibilities

Responsible for developing, maintaining, and implementing VM concepts and standards at corporate level and adhere the brand imageKnow and understand brand strategy in VM tactics and directive, on-site visit and communicate with retailers to ensure the holistic  application throughout  all  concept storesProgram and execute the planning  to meet standards with brand presentationDrive retail excellence via VM insight and thoughts, maintain high standard store environmentCollaborate with cross function  for  routine meeting, feedbacks and  business trackingWork closely with Geo and Greater Bay team to understand business needs and provide professional VM advice and recommendation.Provide valuable inputs from frontline to support excellent brand and retail experience direction and developmentRetailer VM team managementCoach and cultivate in-store VM talent through store practice and experienceSupport training team for seasonal training session

Job requirement

Associate diploma holder or above with good English skill in both speaking and writing5 year’s related experience of visual merchandising and graphic design, or fast  fashion/sport-brand company  working experienceStrong analytical skill and insight with retail presentationStrong communication and mature interpersonal skillsHave market trends and styling insights and understanding  our  consumer requirementSkillful to use office software and graphics editor
