For the role of Specialist Go To Market Lead we are looking for candidates with a broad range of skills. The responsibilities include:

Build and drive sales campaigns – define and drives the execution on quarterly campaigns with local markets to achieve financial targets Build a content structure guideline and repeatable ‘Campaign in a Box’ in multiple geographies, providing contents to the marketing function for the campaign activation also through digital channels Intervention Plans to align the performance to the targets Drive commercial performance by delivering actionable insights to improve effectiveness and increased ROI of all GTM activities Work closely with Sales, Marketing, Portfolio and other GTM functions across Group and OpCos to define and drive joint Business Plans

What you bring

5+ years’ experience in dealing with B2B customers across the different segments 3+ years’ experience in the Digital technologies space A good balance of experience across Product / Portfolio management, Commercial Management and Marketing Ability to lead diverse, cross-functional, global teams Ability to work with strategic partners Relationship building skills within a complex matrix structure with good communication skills for dealing with internal and external stakeholders Self-motivated, ambitious and innovation hungry.Advanced level of English

 

Desired technical/professional qualifications:  

Degree or postgraduate business qualification Experience in Telecoms and/or IT managed service and/or SaaS companies Experience working with Direct and/or Indirect sales
