Circle K Business Centre in Riga, Latvia is looking for a new team player to join our team as:
Specialist Finance Systems
Type of Employment: temporary position for 1,5 years
Location: Riga, Latvia
Visa requirements: A valid work permit from the EU/EEA (relocation assistance is not provided)
WHAT YOU'LL DO
Supervise and monitor financial data interfaces and systems;
Correct errors in interfaces and ensure successful data processing;
Work with ERP and related systems to troubleshoot system errors, identify and eliminate root causes in cooperation with other departments;
Participate in projects related to changes and improvements of Finance systems or processes;
Support business requirement identification and implementation in Finance systems;
Collaboration with internal business partners and external IT vendors;
Support competence development of company’s employees in usage of Finance systems.
WHAT YOU'LL NEED
Preferable higher education in Finance or IT (can be a student);
Preferable experience in accounting, or in the interaction of Finance and IT;
Good computer skills (MS Office);
Fluent in English to communicate with Business Units and colleagues in Europe;
Very good communication and collaboration skills;
Strong drive, solution oriented person with fast learning skills;
Precise, analytical, organized and stress-resistant personality;
Self-motivated, positive and customer-oriented, good team player.
